These terms cover the practical details of using Flagpie: playing the game, creating an account, and paying for Archive access. Flagpie is operated by an individual (Tom), not a company. By using Flagpie, you agree to these terms.
Flagpie is free to play. You don't need an account to play the daily game, track basic stats in your browser, or use most features on the site.
Flagpie is intended for genuine, individual play. You agree not to use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the game or its leaderboards, attempt to manipulate stats or results, or interfere with other players' use of the site. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts involved in this kind of activity, at our reasonable discretion.
Creating an account is optional and free. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Lifetime Archive access is a one-time payment that unlocks the Archive, removes ads, and includes future game modes and premium features, for as long as Flagpie exists as a website. It doesn't transfer to a different account, and it isn't a guarantee that Flagpie will run forever. If the site ever has to shut down entirely, we can't provide a refund for lifetime purchases made prior to that point, but we'll make a reasonable effort to give advance notice if that ever becomes likely.
Lifetime pricing is offered for a limited time to early players. Once that offer ends, it won't be brought back at the same price, if at all.
The monthly plan gives you the same benefits as lifetime access, billed every month instead of once. You can cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription option in your account. Cancelling stops future billing, and you retain access until the end of the period already paid for.
Because Archive access unlocks digital content immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. Where something has genuinely gone wrong on our end (a duplicate charge, a payment that didn't correctly unlock your account, and similar issues), contact us and we'll resolve it.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details ourselves.
Flagpie is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Flagpie name, logo, design, and underlying code belong to us. Flag imagery and country data are sourced from publicly available references. You're welcome to share your own results and screenshots, but please don't reproduce or redistribute the site itself without permission.
If anything meaningful changes, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Continued use of Flagpie after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
